ERP implementation without the big bang
Selection, phased rollout, data migration and integration, one business domain at a time.
- Phased, not all at once
- Clean data from the start
- Ready for AI on top
What an ERP project includes
The work that decides whether go-live is a relief or a crisis.
ERP selection
Score systems against your process list, not a vendor’s demo script.
Process mapping
See how work really moves before deciding what the system should do.
Data migration
Customers, products, stock and open balances, cleaned and rehearsed.
Integration
Connect the ERP to payments, shipping, marketplaces and legacy systems.
Training and go-live
Each department practises its own processes on its own data.
AI readiness
Clean records and clear processes, so AI projects have something to stand on.
Four stages, in this order
Choose
Compare options against your real requirements.
Clean
Fix master data before anything moves.
Phase
Go live one domain at a time, finance often first.
Cut over
Rehearse on real data, with a tested rollback.
SAP ERP 6.0 mainstream maintenance ends on 31 December 2027
Optional extended maintenance runs to the end of 2030, at a premium. The next step is a real decision, and it may not have to be S/4HANA.

Where ERP projects go wrong and what we do instead
Data gets cleaned last
We start the cleaning first, because bad master data poisons everything downstream.
Custom code replaces decisions
We ask whether a process should change before writing code to preserve it.
Nobody owns the process
Each department names one owner who can decide. No ERP survives without that.
Everything goes live at once
Phasing limits what can go wrong on any one day.

Questions we get asked first
Which ERP systems do you work with?
We start from your requirements rather than a preferred product. Odoo is one system we implement directly. Tell us what you run today and what you are considering, and we will say plainly where we can help.
What is a phased ERP implementation?
Instead of switching every department on one date, you move one business domain at a time, often finance first, then supply chain and manufacturing. Each phase is smaller to test and easier to roll back, at the cost of running some integrations between old and new systems for a while.
When does SAP ECC support end?
SAP’s maintenance strategy gives SAP ERP 6.0 mainstream maintenance until the end of 2027, for eligible enhancement packages, with optional extended maintenance from 2028 to the end of 2030 at a premium. Check your exact release and contract with SAP, since older enhancement packages have earlier dates.
Can you migrate from Tally, QuickBooks or spreadsheets?
Yes. Those migrations usually focus on the chart of accounts, opening balances, customers, vendors and products, and on deciding how much transaction history you truly need to bring across.
How much history should we migrate?
Usually less than people first ask for. Open transactions and opening balances are essential. Older records can often stay in an archive you can still search, which lowers migration risk.
What are you leaving behind? Tell us about it.
